I will guide you to relax with a sound meditation in beautiful healing sounds, helping to release stress and tension, and gently balancing you back into harmony effortlessly whilst you lie comfortably on a mat. Set in 14 acres of countryside, completely quiet and warm, in the beautiful chalet the Sound Bath feels like a mini retreat! Mattresses provided for your comfort. Enjoy the beautiful views from the fields over all of the nearby countryside.
